Comenzamos un área nueva en nuestra web: La Zona Psi. Zona Psi es un espacio dedicado a tratar temas de Salud Mental. En este espacio hablaremos de psicología, de psiquiatría, de psicoterapias y de todas aquellas actividades que como el teatro, la escritura, la danza, la música, pueden también ser utilizadas con el objetivo terapéutico de enriquecer nuestra existencia y mejorar el conocimiento de nosotros mismos.
Zona Psi es una puerta abierta a la reflexión, al intercambio con todos aquellos que quieran aportarnos sus pensamientos y vivencias sobre las dificultades y también sobre las experiencias gratificantes que experimentan en la vida cotidiana.

Me parece muy interesante la sección sobre salud mental.-Lo que me plantearía, es cómo manejar la posibilidad de
disfrutar lo cotidiano,cuando uno está influído por mandatos que privilegiaron "el sufrimiento" y "el sacrificio" ante todo.-

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and
screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
